Use of our products, such as Site Transformer, is governed by that product's own terms and agreements. Our mobile apps are distributed through the App Store and Google Play under the terms and end-user license agreements of the respective store.

The text, design, images, logos and code on the Site belong to LGYtech or are used under license, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. The names and trademarks of the organizations listed in our work section belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe work done together.

We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, LGYtech is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Any attempt to harm the Site, disrupt its operation or compromise its security, automated scraping, and using the contact form to send unsolicited messages are prohibited.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. Mandatory consumer protection rules, including those on consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, remain unaffected.
