In short: Home Proof doesn't ask you to create an account and doesn't send the data you enter to our servers. Your data stays on your device and we cannot access it. We don't show ads, we don't track you and we don't sell your data.
Scope and data controller
This policy applies to the Home Proof mobile app (the "App"). The App is developed and published by LGY Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("LGYtech", "we"), Maslak Mah. Bilim Sok. Sun Plaza Kat: 13, Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye. Email: info@lgytech.com.
Data stored on your device
The following content you create in the App is stored only in your device's storage:
- Item records: name, room, value, serial number, notes
- Photos of items and receipts
- Damage claims and PDF reports you generate
This content is never sent to us. Deleting the App also deletes its data from your device. If your device's own backup feature (iCloud Backup or Google backup) is turned on, the operating system may back up the App's data to your account; those backups are governed by your terms with Apple or Google.
Permissions

Permissions are requested only when you use the related feature. You can turn a permission off at any time in your device settings; only the feature that depends on it will stop working.
What we don't collect
- We don't ask for an account, your name, email address or phone number.
- We don't collect location data or advertising identifiers.
- We don't use ads, ad networks or third-party tracking tools.
- We don't sell or share your personal information, including as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
If "Share with App Developers" (iOS) or a similar option is turned on on your device, Apple or Google may share crash reports and aggregate usage statistics with us that do not identify you. You can manage this in your device settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details; the App only uses the store's purchase verification to unlock what you bought.

More information
Backup files and PDF reports you export are saved wherever you choose. We cannot access them; who you share them with is up to you.
Support requests
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. This data is processed under our Privacy Policy.
Children
The App is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
The data in the App is under your control alone: you can edit, export or delete it at any time. For any data we do process (such as support emails), you can exercise your rights under the GDPR and Turkish data protection law by writing to info@lgytech.com.
Changes
If we need to update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page. If an update significantly changes how the App handles data, we will also announce it in the App.
