This policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit www.lgytech.com and when you contact us. Site Transformer and our mobile apps have their own privacy policies (see section 9).
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
When you visit the site
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you open a page, your browser technically transmits certain information: IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, date and time, and the referring address. This is processed to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics tools that track individuals.
When you use the contact form
Your name, email address, (optionally) company name, the topic you choose and the content of your message. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against automated submissions and processes technical browser and device signals during verification.
When you email or call us
Your contact details and the content of the correspondence or call.
When you do business with us
Information needed for proposals, contracts and invoicing. This is outside the scope of this policy; we inform you separately at the start of the relationship.

We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run our services and act on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, content delivery, security and bot protection (Turnstile)
- Google LLC (Google Workspace): business email
- Resend: delivering contact form messages to us by email
Otherwise, data is disclosed only to public authorities where required by law, or to our legal and financial advisers to the extent necessary in a dispute.
5. International transfers
The servers of the providers above may be located outside Türkiye (mainly in the European Union and the United States). These transfers are carried out in line with article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, with appropriate safeguards in place.
6. Retention
- Contact enquiries: up to 2 years after the enquiry is closed.
- Correspondence that becomes part of a business relationship: for the retention periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law (generally 10 years).
- Technical logs: kept by Cloudflare for security purposes for the provider's standard periods.
When a period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for security may be used. See the Cookie Policy for details.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability; you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Your rights under Turkish law (KVKK art. 11) and how to exercise them are described in the Personal Data Notice. To make a request, email info@lgytech.com.
