This is an English translation of our information notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

4. Collection method and legal bases
Your personal data is collected electronically: by you, through the contact form, email and phone; and partly automatically, through server and security logs when you visit the site. It is processed on the following legal bases under KVKK article 5(2):
- (c) processing is necessary for, and directly related to, entering into or performing a contract;
- (ç) processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation of the controller;
- (e) processing is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right;
- (f) processing is necessary for the controller's legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Transfers
Within Türkiye, your personal data may be transferred to public authorities authorized by law and, where necessary, to our legal and financial advisers, in line with KVKK article 8.
Abroad, the servers of the service providers we use for hosting, security and email — such as Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC (Google Workspace) and Resend — may be located outside Türkiye. These transfers are carried out in accordance with KVKK article 9.
6. Your rights under KVKK article 11
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information about the processing;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions in KVKK article 7;
- request that third parties to whom data was transferred be notified of actions taken under (e) and (f);
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your request, with information that allows us to verify your identity:
- as a signed letter to our address above, in person or through a notary;
- to our registered electronic mail (KEP) address, signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature;
- from an email address you have previously given us and that is registered in our systems, to info@lgytech.com.
We will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. If the action requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
